Local Flavors Wanted! Kalamazoo Event Center Opens Vendor Applications
Local restaurants, food entrepreneurs and product producers invited to apply by December 11, 2026.
The Kalamazoo Event Center is officially accepting applications from local businesses interested in becoming part of the food and beverage experience at the new venue, set to open in fall 2027.
Applications are open now through Friday, December 11, 2026.
The Event Center is looking for local restaurants, food entrepreneurs, packaged food producers, canned beverage producers and other businesses to help bring the flavors and products that make Kalamazoo special into the new venue.
With traditional arena favorites like pizza, chicken tenders, popcorn, hamburgers, hot dogs and pretzels already planned, the focus is on finding local concepts that bring something different to the table.
From signature dishes and unique food concepts to locally produced snacks and beverages, the goal is to create a food and beverage experience that reflects Kalamazoo's local businesses and entrepreneurial spirit.
